Location: Cray's Pond
Trainee Plant Fitter (Plant Machinery)
Reading
£32,000 - £42,000 per annum. 8‑5 Monday to Friday, Company van and fuel card provided.
We are a growth‑focused company seeking a college leaver with a Level 3 qualification in Plant Machinery, Vehicle Mechanics, or a related field to develop skills and progress into senior engineering roles.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair plant machinery on site.
- Replace parts and conduct service repairs to get machinery ready for sale.
- Work 8‑5 Monday to Friday, balancing office and site duties.
- Participate in training programs to strengthen weaker areas.
- Take on overtime as required.
- Level 3 NVQ in Plant Machinery or Vehicle Mechanics.
- Basic knowledge of listed fields.
- Company van and fuel card.
- Overtime opportunity.
