You’ll be joining a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance projects across domestic properties. The work is organised, consistent, and focused solely on flooring installations, allowing you to maximise your earnings and work efficiently.

I’d love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Floor Layer, Vinyl Floor Layer, Flooring Installer, or Domestic Flooring Operative.

• Installing vinyl flooring within domestic properties
• Completing planned works installations to a high standard
• Preparing floor surfaces before installation
• Working independently across scheduled appointments
• Maintaining excellent workmanship and customer service standards

• A Blue CSCS card
• Previous experience working as a Floor Layer
• Your own van and tools
• Experience with in planned maintenance or social housing environments
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
