As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards while ensuring excellent workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where appropriate
- Carrying out routine inspections and manufacturer-scheduled servicing
- Completing repairs in line with manufacturer standards and workshop procedures
- Accurately completing job cards, service records, and workshop documentation
- Working collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Automotive Mechanic
- Experience gained within a dealership, independent garage, or automotive workshop
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and repair skills
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
