THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards while ensuring excellent workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where appropriate
Carrying out routine inspections and manufacturer-scheduled servicing
Completing repairs in line with manufacturer standards and workshop procedures
Accurately completing job cards, service records, and workshop documentation
Working collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity and efficiency
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Automotive Mechanic
Experience gained within a dealership, independent garage, or automotive workshop
Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and repair skills
Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
