Location: Brighton (Commutable from Hove, Shoreham-by-Sea, Lancing, Worthing, Lewes)
Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 Basic Salary (DOE) + Early Friday Finishes!
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday ONLY –

- 100% Weekend-Free + Early Friday Finish: Monday to Friday schedule—wrap up early at 16:30 every Friday to start your weekend early

- Modern Setup: Clean, state-of-the-art facility featuring dealer-level diagnostic systems, modern oscilloscopes, and updated tooling
- Performing advanced electrical and mechanical fault-finding on modern petrol, diesel, and high-voltage EV/hybrid vehicles
- Executing major mechanical overhauls, engine repairs, timing belt/chain replacements, clutches, and suspension builds
- Carrying out precise servicing and multi-point vehicle checks following exact manufacturer specifications
- Upholding our high workshop standards with a clean, "fixed-first-time" approach
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience: Ideally 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in a high-standard dealership or specialist garage
- Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities paired with solid, heavy mechanical repair expertise (German marque or EV experience is a huge bonus)
- Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
