We are recruiting a Working Marine Electrical Supervisor to support electrical installation work on vessels in Pembroke Dock.

This is a hands-on role that involves supervising a small team of electricians while also assisting with the installation work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the electrical team and allocate daily tasks.
• Monitor progress and check the quality of completed work.
• Work alongside the team on cable installation, glanding, termination and testing.
• Ensure the team works safely and follows site procedures.
• Read and work from electrical drawings, schematics and installation instructions.
• Liaise with the client and other trades when required.
• Help ensure work packages are completed within the agreed timescales.
• Provide guidance and support to members of the electrical team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous electrical installation experience within a marine or shipyard environment.
• Experience working on vessel new builds, refits or repair projects.
• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Foreman, Chargehand or Team Leader.
• Comfortable supervising a team while remaining hands-on.
• Experience with cable installation, glanding, termination and testing.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A recognised electrical qualification would be advantageous.
