Job Description

Norse Contracts are looking for experienced Ground workers and Gangs to for a site in shinfieldsr. We welcome applications from local operatives and those travelling from further afield.

Duties will include:

Excavation and reduced dig works, including trenching for services
Installation of drainage systems, including pipe laying and manhole construction
Reading and working accurately from site drawings and setting-out information
Operating hand tools and small plant (whackers, disc cutters, breakers) safely
Working closely with the site team to maintain programme and quality standards
Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations
Keeping the work area clean, tidy and hazard-free at all times

Requirements:

CSCS card (essential)
Previous groundworking experience on similar projects
Own PPE
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
