Multi Skilled Bathroom Fitter

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Maintenance Contractor in the midlands for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with experience fitting Bathrooms to join their social housing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dependable tradesperson to secure consistent, full-time work delivering bathroom fitting and upgrades to social housing properties in the midlands region.

Location:
West Midlands
Start Date: ASAP
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Duration:
Temporary on going
Pay Rate: 180 - 200 per day (CIS or umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out bathroom installs to social housing properties
Plumbing:
Minor repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, and domestic systems
Carpentry:
Hanging doors, fitting skirting, architraves, and general woodwork
Plastering and Tiling:
Patch repairs and making good
Painting & Decorating:
Internal finishing, including prep and touch-ups
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements:
Previous bathroom fitting experience is essential
Experience across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and painting
NVQ level 2 or trade qualifications
Own vehicle and tools
Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
