Our client is a well-established automotive business with a busy bodyshop in Crewe, and they are currently looking for an experienced IMI-qualified Panel Technician to join their growing team.
This role will focus on repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork following accident damage, ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition and repaired to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles
- Assess accident damage and determine the appropriate repair method
- Repair, replace and align damaged body panels
- Carry out welding and structural repairs where required
- Use specialist bodyshop tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure vehicle panels are correctly aligned and fitted
- Work closely with MET Technicians and Paint Technicians throughout the repair process
- Complete all repairs in line with manufacturer and industry standards
- Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- IMI qualification in Vehicle Body Repair / Panel Technician
- Proven experience as a Panel Technician / Panel Beater / Body Repair Technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques
- Experience repairing accident-damaged vehicles
- Good understanding of vehicle structures and repair methods
- Ability to work to high standards of quality and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
- £49,275 - £56,314 per annum, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday working
- Full-time, permanent position
