An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Pharmaceutical Environment locatedright by Cambridge . He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 17:00 pm
Key
Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Package
Up to £45,000
25 days holiday + Bank holidays
Further training
Company pension
Requirements
Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
18th Edition (Desirable)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
