Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Joiner to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Swindon.
Responsibilities of the Joiner:
Carry out a range of carpentry and general repairs, including fitting and repairing doors, internal joinery, UPVC windows and doors, locks, kitchen worktops and general kitchen repairs.
Identify and diagnose faults, aiming to complete repairs on the first visit wherever possible.
Complete all works within agreed timescales and to a high standard.
Manage scheduled, emergency and additional repair jobs effectively throughout the working day.
Participate in the 24-hour emergency call-out rota when required.
Manage van stock, materials and tools efficiently, ensuring stock is replenished and securely maintained.
Carry out vehicle safety checks and report any issues promptly.
Essential
Experience of the Joiner:
Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
