Monday–Friday | 7:00am–4:00pm
Alternate Saturday mornings | 7:00am–12:00pm
Location:
Brentwood
Up to £50,000 salary
Looking for a stable HGV Technician role where you're looked after and given the opportunity to develop?
Class 1 training provided
IRTEC Licence training provided
We're recruiting an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic to join a busy fleet operation, maintaining a mixed fleet of HGVs.
The role of the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic
Service, maintain and repair a mixed fleet of refuse HGVs.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections.
Complete repairs to a high standard and minimise vehicle downtime.
Work safely and efficiently as part of an experienced engineering team.
What the ideal HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Truck Mechanic would need
Previous HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic experience.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
Commercial vehicle experience.
A good understanding of preventative maintenance.
Reliable, practical and safety-focused approach.
