We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable motorcycle dealership in Cannock, for the position of Motorcycle Technician. This opportunity is ideal for experienced motorcycle technicians seeking a role within a well-established, customer-focused environment. The Motorcycle Technician role offers a competitive salary package, additional performance-related bonuses, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing motorcycles following manufacturer specifications
- Conducting detailed inspections to identify faults, damages, and potential issues
- Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake adjustments, and tyre rotations
- Using diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately detect electrical and mechanical faults
- Communicating effectively with customers about repairs and maintenance needs
- Ordering parts and components required for repairs
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized workshop environment
- Keeping up to date with new technologies, techniques, and industry developments
- Adhering to all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- NVQ/IMI Level 2 qualification in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair preferred
- Alternatively, 2-3 years' practical experience working on motorcycles
- A valid UK motorcycle driving license with minimal points
- MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
