Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Mold, North Wales

£14.25 per hour (DOE)

Monday to Friday 7:45am-4:30pm (current winter hours) & 7:15am-5pm (summer hours)

Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to lead our skilled teams, deliver high-quality work and help keep our local communities looking their best. • Leading, motivating and supporting your team on site
• Grass cutting and shrub bed maintenance
• Hedge and shrub pruning
• Weed control and herbicide application
• Litter picking and line marking
• Liaising professionally with clients and residents
• Planning and recording work using a PDA and our resource management system
• Ensuring productivity, quality and deadlines are achieved
• Maintaining high Health & Safety standards and ensuring the correct PPE is worn

• Previous experience in a similar team leader role — essential
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, organised and reliable approach
• A commitment to delivering excellent results and customer service
• A good understanding of Health & Safety and safe working practices
