Role SummaryThe Branch Office Administrator (BOA) works closely with financial advisors to provide administrative support, ensuring seamless client service and positive client experience. The BOA plays a key role in account management, communication, and supporting the advisor’s business planning and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.

- Basic knowledge of the financial services industry and ability to learn account opening, account transfers, and other transaction processes.
- Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor.
- Computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
