Position: Aircraft Maintenance Technician - RW (NE) - Located in Ukiah, CA

Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT)

Location:

Ukiah, CA

Starting Salary: $84,811 - $122,937 annually (including 30% geo modifier)

IA Stipend: $2,080

Sign‑On Bonus: $12,500

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and report status to lead technician.
  • Manage inventory, update tracking log, request replacements, and document expenditures.
  • Document service paperwork and FAA information, adhere to policies and information security standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment for maintenance team and flight crew.
  • Use appropriate communication methods for coordination among departments, vendors and team members.
  • Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, fellow AMTs, and operations team.
Minimum

Required Qualifications
  • Three (3) years turbine‑powered helicopter experience.
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Experience with EMS systems, aircraft maintenance systems, records, support and planning.
  • Availability for flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on‑call rotations.
  • Acceptance of FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
  • Ability to push or pull over 100 lbs.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EC135 maintenance experience.
  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate.
  • Experience under CFR Parts 91, 135, and 145.
  • Autopilot maintenance experience.
  • Avionics and electrical repair experience.
