• Recruits manages and develops staff in areas of responsibility writes performance evaluations and provides appropriate training development and coaching as needed
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of branch operations technologies delivery channels and the full suite of consumer and business products and services
• Manages high value customer relationships with a personalized proactive approach consistently going above and beyond
• Provides guidance and oversight on complex transactions electronic banking and lending processes
• Balances customer regulatory and operational priorities by establishing clear expectations resolving escalated issues monitoring results and holding staff accountable
• Leads change management efforts by implementing new procedures or methodologies ensuring team understanding and adherence measuring results and reinforcing performance expectations
• Identifies operational inefficiencies and service gaps; develops solutions; and advises management on process improvements risk mitigation and strategic initiatives to optimize branch performance
• Represents the Bank in community events and initiatives that strengthen customer relationships enhance the Banks presence and support business growth
• Serve as an active member of the following Committees Bank Leadership Team Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree GED
• Five years branch operations experience
• Three years supervisory experience

• Associate degree in a related field
• Experience with Horizon Core Banking Platform
