• Travel assignment with weekend rotations

• Provide direct, professional nursing care to adult medical‑surgical patients according to physician orders and facility policy
• Monitor patient conditions, assess vitals, administer medications and treatments, and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, including wound care, IV therapy, and mobility support
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, adhere to infection prevention protocols, and respond promptly to clinical changes or emergencies
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning; coordinate with case management for disposition and post‑acute care

• Active registered nurse license in California
• ACLS required
• PALS preferred/optional for first contract; must attain PALS if extending to additional contracts
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work night shift and weekend rotations in a fast‑paced unit
