RN - Labor & Delivery

Ukiah, CA

Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts | 36–48 Hours/Week | Onsite

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff within the Labor and Delivery department
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
• Provide care within a Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR) setting, including OB Triage functions as assigned
• Support Level 2 nursery operations as required for day shift assignments

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring competency
• Level 2 NICU experience required for day shift

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
• Postpartum nursing experience

• Opportunity to work in a specialized Labor and Delivery environment with a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
• Scrubs provided if needed, supporting a straightforward and comfortable start to your assignment
