Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Med Surg RN to join our Team
Deliver comprehensive, coordinated nursing care using the nursing process
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care outcomes
Supervise and support nursing staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care
Promote patient safety, healing, and education
Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
Exercise critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
RequirementsRequired:
BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
ACLS certification
Preferred:
PALS certification (required if extending beyond first contract)
