We're looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about women's health, enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, and thrives as part of a collaborative care team. Whether you're assisting with prenatal care, supporting preventive health visits, or helping patients navigate important healthcare decisions, you'll play an essential role in improving the health and well-being of women in our communities.

• Provide skilled nursing care within the LVN scope of practice while supporting women's health, prenatal, gynecologic, and preventive care services.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, collect clinical information, and accurately document care in the Electronic Health Record.
• Administer medications, immunizations, injections, and treatments according to provider orders and clinical protocols.
• Educate patients on medications, preventive care, pregnancy, reproductive health and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Process medication refill requests, communicate prescription changes, and assist with patient follow-up as directed by providers.
• Collaborate with providers, Medical Assistants and the care team to promote efficient clinic workflow and exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain infection prevention standards, monitor clinical supplies, and support a safe, organized patient care environment.

• Active California LVN license
• Completion of a CA approved IV therapy course
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting
• Experience using Epic EHR system
• At least one year of experience in a clinical setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
