• Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in an outpatient care setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent nursing discretion to ensure safe, effective care
• Document care activities accurately and educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless transitions of care

• Current California RN license (active)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Oncology nursing experience or clinical exposure preferred
• Ability to work in an outpatient care setting; strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment and work a 4x10-hour shift schedule
