• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of ER patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with multiple disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory judgment to prioritize, plan, and implement patient care.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, perform procedures within scope, and document care per policy.
• Respond to emergencies, reassess plans of care, and elevate as needed to ensure patient safety

• Ability to work in a hospital/ER setting and handle high-acuity patients.
