Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning brand experience to make authentic connections.

• Lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influencing moments that matter.

• Cash wrap/cashier: use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to be well‑informed on company priorities and promotions, deliver a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience, and promote our loyalty programs and credit services.

• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.

• Support the shipment process, gaining awareness of product, what’s new and what’s on the floor; contribute to omni‑order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.

Hourly: $16.90 – $17.00 (pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level and location)
