Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and public areas, verify permitted entry as directed by site policies, and assist with directing visitors and/or contractors to appropriate locations;
Support daily operations by maintaining visible presence, communicating clearly with site personnel and/or emergency services when needed, and completing required reports related to security-related activities
