About the Role

Sales & Event Coordinator at Classic Lodges Hotels in Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere.

The role involves creating memorable experiences for guests through events and sales.

• Share of monthly tips (circa £1 per hour worked)

• Deal with enquiries for bedrooms, spa, functions, groups and conferences.
• Maximise revenue by converting enquiries into bookings.
• Produce accurate function sheets based on each event.
• Liaise with all hotel departments relating to events being held.
• Show prospective clients around the hotel and understand their requirements.
• Research new business and make outbound sales calls to new clients.
• Client liaison and follow‑up.
