Sogea Environnement is recruiting for its Alsace branch (Krautergersheim) for its multiservices industrial civil engineering activity:

Under the authority of a Site Manager, your daily routine will revolve around the following tasks:

• You ensure the construction of wet network facilities in accordance with best practices (preparation, construction site management, material and equipment procurement, coordination of various stakeholders, quality control of constructed facilities).
• You determine material, equipment, and personnel needs.
• You organize safety on the site and the team's work.
• You welcome and guide newcomers and act as a tutor.
• You supervise your team on the site and ensure, in liaison with the Site Manager, the smooth running of the site in accordance with objectives.
• You are responsible for the proper execution of the work and ensure compliance with the schedule.

You have a Bac Pro TP or equivalent experience in a similar position. Your seriousness, organization, and rigor will allow you to meet your deadlines while applying safety and prevention rules. You know how to adapt to the field.
