- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A willingness to learn and a passion for supporting children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Reliable transportation.
- Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations.
- All positions initially part-time.
- Completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course required.
- A minimum six-month commitment is necessary.
