• Deliver one-on-one ABA services, utilizing evidence-based interventions to support client independence and positive behaviors.
• Collaborate as a key member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
• Work alongside families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A willingness to learn and a passion for supporting children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions initially part-time.
• Completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course required.
• A minimum six-month commitment is necessary.

• Education or early childhood development
