Full-Time Rn Resource Float Pool

Our client, a leading health system in Ulysses, KS, is seeking a Full-Time RN Resource Float Pool for Bob Wilson Memorial. This role involves facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

• Assume responsibility and accountability for patient care.
• Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and meet patient needs.
• Float to multiple units within one facility or across facilities as needed.
• Participate in a supportive team environment with resources to help you flourish.

• RN License required; current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float.

• Full-Time position with availability to work all shifts.
• Travel required; must be available to float to multiple units and facilities.

• $26.95 - $42.99/hour
