About This Role
As Project Engineer, you will be embedded in the day‑to‑day execution of a large‑scale, greenfield data center project. You will work alongside construction leadership, design partners, and ownership to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
This role is ideal for a construction professional who wants hands‑on exposure to mission‑critical construction, meaningful responsibility, and a clear path for growth within a privately held organization that promotes from within.
Your Contribution Will Likely Include
- Supporting estimating and purchasing efforts, including development of bid packages and baseline schedules
- Managing RFIs from the field and coordinating responses with architects and engineers of record
- Processing and tracking subcontractor and vendor submittals
- Maintaining and distributing project plans, logs, and documentation
- Coordinating special inspections and tracking compliance documentation
- Assisting with building permits and jurisdictional requirements
- Documenting weekly project meetings and distributing action items
- Reviewing subcontractor change orders for scope and pricing
- Providing field support to superintendents to ensure quality and contract compliance
- Interfacing directly with clients, consultants, and trade partners
Experience You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent construction experience
