As a Data Center Asset & Documentation Coordinator, you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, both written and verbally. This role requires effective contributions and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. The scope includes owning the process from start to finish with deploying MBOMs in PLM systems, reviewing engineering/asset documents to extract parts lists, maintaining accuracy for reporting and extraction, and helping drive global processes and document development.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe Data Center Asset & Documentation Coordinator will set up and maintain site asset and spare parts data through MBOMs. They will work to ensure asset and spare part details match the digital record, align and maintain data in PLM systems with FE and Ops, perform routine data scrubs, identify and correct anomalies, and seek ways to automate and enhance processes.
Additionally, they will collaborate with developers/TPMs to incorporate AI solutions to improve process efficiency and speed.
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working in engineering, data center, or technical operations environments
- 1+ years building BOMs in Product Lifecycle Management application

Base salary range:
- USA, OR, Umatilla – $55,600.00 - $97,400.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle – $80,200.00 - $97,400.00 USD annually
