The Senior Accounting Manager is a strategic accounting leader responsible for overseeing the organization's multi-entity accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls. This role partners closely with the CFO to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of accounting processes. In addition to managing the daily accounting function, the Senior Accounting Manager develops accounting staff, drives operational efficiencies, supports strategic initiatives, and serves as a key resource during audits, system implementations, and financial planning activities.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive technical accounting expertise, strong leadership abilities, and experience managing complex accounting operations within a multi-location organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Experience managing accounting operations within a multi-entity or multi-location organization required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606, ASC 842, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience overseeing month-end closure, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop, and motivate accounting professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound business judgment.

• Employees that are with us for 6 months to 3 years = 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel
• Employees that are with us for 3 years to 5 years = 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel

• MAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK
