Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience by welcoming clients, answering phones, and coordinating services with tax professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences.
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay

Pay range: $11.00 – $27.00/hr local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may participate in incentive compensation and short‑term incentive plans.
