Safety Technician Support/Administrator is responsible for ensuring workplace safety compliance, updating developmental safety policy manuals, training matrix administrations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Responsibilities- Oversight of the employee safety training matrix log
- Updating and cataloging the weekly safety tailgates
- Upload and upkeep the safety training records
- Revise accordingly with expiration dates
- Upkeep and update the CA Harassment certifications for the union employees
- Backend paperwork with safety challenges
- Coordinate the safety challenge log
- Order incentive items and coordinate lunches
- Safety Start Paperwork
- Site specific safety binder
- Foreman Binder Updates
- Upload and maintain inspections checklists per jobsite
- Transcribe notes for construction Team meetings
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California this ranges from $60,000.00–$65,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
