Safety Technician Support/Administrator

Safety Technician Support/Administrator is responsible for ensuring workplace safety compliance, updating developmental safety policy manuals, training matrix administrations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

• Oversight of the employee safety training matrix log
• Updating and cataloging the weekly safety tailgates
• Upload and upkeep the safety training records
• Revise accordingly with expiration dates
• Upkeep and update the CA Harassment certifications for the union employees
• Backend paperwork with safety challenges
• Coordinate the safety challenge log
• Order incentive items and coordinate lunches
• Safety Start Paperwork
• Site specific safety binder
• Foreman Binder Updates
• Upload and maintain inspections checklists per jobsite
• Transcribe notes for construction Team meetings

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role
• Excellent knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California this ranges from $60,000.00-$65,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.

Contingent Employment: All employment offers are contingent upon successful drug tests, background checks, and professional reference checks. Roles that include driving as an essential job duty will be required to have a successful Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR). We are not able to offer sponsorship of employment at this time.
