The Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers while maintaining accurate records of all transactions and communications. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and efficiently entering and managing data related to orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and orders are fulfilled on time.
- Provide product information, including availability, pricing, and specifications, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and production) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Record customer feedback and elevate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Enter and update customer orders, inventory levels, and other relevant data into the company’s database or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and organized to support efficient business operations.
- Monitor and update customer accounts, including maintaining accurate contact details and order history.
- Generate reports as needed, such as order summaries, inventory status, and customer feedback summaries.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or ERP software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and customer interactions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Experience in the gloves manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus, but not required.
