Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Drive Works automation solutions for engineering design processes.
• Configure Drive Works rules, logic, and workflows to automate design variations.
• Create intelligent configurators for product customization and parametric modeling.
• Integrate Drive Works with Solid Works to streamline design automation.
• Optimize Drive Works templates for efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Drive Works-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance automation capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest Drive Works features and best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Drive Works automation.
• Expertise in Drive Works Professional (Drive Works Solo & Drive Works Pro).
• Proficiency in Solid Works and parametric modeling.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (VBA, Python, or similar).
• Experience with PLM systems and design optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.

The expected salary range for this position is between $77,000 and $126,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based on several factors including relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
