Job Description:

We are looking for a Drive Works Design Automation Engineer to develop and optimize automated design workflows using Drive Works Professional within Solid Works.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Drive Works automation, working on rule-based design automation, configurator development, and process optimization.

• Develop and implement Drive Works automation solutions for engineering design processes.
• Configure Drive Works rules, logic, and workflows to automate design variations.
• Create intelligent configurators for product customization and parametric modeling.
• Integrate Drive Works with Solid Works to streamline design automation.
• Optimize Drive Works templates efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Drive Works-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance automation capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest Drive Works features and best practices.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Drive Works automation.
• Expertise in Drive Works Professional (Drive Works Solo & Drive Works Pro).
• Proficiency in Solid Works and parametric modeling.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (VBA, Python, or similar).
• Experience with PLM systems and design optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in Drive Works API development.
• Knowledge of cloud-based Drive Works automation.
• Familiarity with industry-specific automation standards.
