Pay: $75,000.00 – $ per year
Job description- Assess current manufacturing processes; conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues.
- Assist in the creation of new products, work processes, and other manufacturing needs
- Design and develop manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts
- Create schematics and technical drawings using CAD and CAM software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles
- Test all equipment for safety and effectiveness
- Repair or redesign malfunctioning equipment
- Direct and oversee the entire lifecycle of a product’s manufacturing process, including design, construction, packaging, and quality control
- Educate, train, and supervise new employees on current manufacturing and workflow processes
- Develop and implement efficient quality control processes and cost-saving measures
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or related role
- Proficiency in CAD and CAM software
- Proficient in data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with process engineering techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Must know metal fabrication, previous working in metal fabrication industry is preferred
