The ideal candidate will possess the following:- Must be okay with a 3-6 month contract ( permanent possibility)
- Covid not required
- Driver's license, reliable transportation
- 1 year of caregiver experience with the elderly
- Home Health Aid or CNA
- Provide personal care and escort assistance based on each patient’s individualized care plan, including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, peri‑care, housekeeping, meal preparation/feeding, laundry, and related tasks.
- Observe and report changes in a patient’s condition to the team to support coordinated and effective care.
- Demonstrate safe practices by using proper body mechanics, following universal precautions, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Interact with patients, families, and the team in a positive, professional, and supportive manner; encourage engagement in conversations and activities.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
