As a CNC Milling Specialist, you will play a critical role in our precision manufacturing operations by producing high-quality components that meet rigorous customer specifications. You will leverage your expertise in 3-5 axis milling and machine setup to drive production efficiency and ensure the highest standards of quality in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You will leverage your expertise in 3-5 axis milling and machine setup to drive production efficiency and ensure the highest standards of quality in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Execute machine setups and operate CNC milling centers to produce parts with high precision.
- Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure all components adhere to exact specifications.
- Optimize machining processes, including feed and speed adjustments, to maximize throughput and efficiency.
- Utilize rotary and indexing capabilities for multi-axis milling operations.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections using precision gauges and document results to maintain compliance with ISO standards.
- Mentor and train junior operators and apprentices on best machine practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and contribute to departmental process improvements.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, including GD&T.
- Advanced knowledge of CNC programming, G-code, and M-code.
- Proven ability to perform complex machine setups and operate 3-5 axis mills.
- Familiarity with tool probe systems and standard inspection practices.
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship or vocational certification in machining.
- Experience working within ISO
9001 or ISO
13485 regulated environments. - Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic departmental planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and professional communication.
