The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and oversee all quality assurance activities across our glove manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that products consistently meet internal quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in manufacturing quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO, OSHA, and applicable PPE regulations
- Oversee quality control processes across raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and root‑cause analyses to identify and resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for glove manufacturing (industrial, medical, or food‑grade as applicable)
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reduce defects
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance and quality control team
- Manage customer quality concerns, investigations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and certifications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and product consistency
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 2+ years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment (PPE, gloves, medical devices, or industrial products preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, OSHA, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Proven leadership experience managing QA/QC teams
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Experience in glove or PPE manufacturing
- Familiarity with FDA, CE, or international compliance standards
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- Hands‑on experience with quality testing and inspection tools
