Quality Assurance Manager - Direct Hire
We are seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA operations for the Temperature Sensing Engineering team.
Lead ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 quality systems. Drive root cause analysis, 8D corrective actions & continuous improvement. Support product/process validation, audits & customer quality requirements. Collaborate with engineering & production on mechanical/electrical product quality. Utilize AutoCAD/Solid Works for product & process support.
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of quality leadership experience
- Strong background in ISO audits, 8D, RCA, Lean/Six Sigma
- Experience with mechanical/electrical products & validation testing
- Thermocouple, noble metals, or laser welding experience is a plus
