Position OverviewWe are seeking a high-octane Regional Sales Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise, independent execution, and with a customer-centric mentality. This isn't a role for a passenger; we need a self-sufficient go-getter with an understanding of Data Center interconnect, preferably within structured cabling or OEM-compatible transceiver market.
While you’ll operate with significant autonomy to scale your territory, you are a team player at your core—someone who balances a competitive drive with the ability to leverage and engage engineering, marketing, and the executive team to help close deals. If you have the technical savvy to navigate AI infrastructure requirements and the grit to hunt for new opportunities while building lasting partnerships, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Aggressive Revenue Growth Implement comprehensive strategies to hit aggressive sales targets and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Customer-First Success Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive satisfaction strategies and data-driven feedback analysis.
- Operational Excellence Optimize sales processes and systems while using performance metrics to refine revenue outcomes.
- Territory Management Manage and maintain an accurate CRM including forecasting and reporting of revenue performance for your defined region.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our pricing and solution portfolio remain market-leading.
- Strategic Partnerships Identify and pursue key partnerships to expand our market reach and diversify revenue streams.
- Experience
- 10 years of progressive experience in sales management or business development related role. Preferably with 5 years in a senior executive position within the data center, infrastructure, or networking industries.
- Experience and knowledge of structured cabling products and/or OEM compatible transceivers/DAC/AOC/AxC is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating others to achieve high performance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience selling High Tech products into large Hyperscale/Cloud customers.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
