Position: Sr. Warehouse Coordinator

Duties:

• Review and verify orders for correct part numbers, descriptions, and quantities to ensure accurate picking and shipping.
• Process and verify customer shipments using UPS, LTL, and other approved carriers.
• Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, order, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and enter shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions into the company database.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory record audits.
• Monitor inventory levels of service parts, finished goods, and packing materials and communicate replenishment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of non-sellable and used warehouse inventory.
• Ability and willingness to learn company parts, part numbers, and product information to ensure accurate order processing and customer support.
• Provide customer service by phone, email, and in person regarding parts information and order status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, inventory, and customer service issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and stock area.
• Assist with training and cross-training team members on warehouse processes and administrative procedures.
• Provide backup support for warehouse administrative functions as needed.
