What You'll Do:
As a B-Level Service Technician, your role will involve hands-on expertise in diagnosing and completing routine repairs on customer vehicles. You will be responsible for performing general repairs with some assistance, including but not limited to:

Light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, and electrical systems
HVAC, steering & suspension systems, and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

Complete accurate multi-point inspections and document all work performed
Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure timely repairs
Maintain technician proficiency through ongoing training and certifications
Conduct road tests to confirm successful repairs
Provide high-quality preventive maintenance services
Stay up-to-date with manufacturer-sponsored training programs
Achieve top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores for our district, regional, and national goals
Ensure customer vehicles are returned in pristine condition, just as they arrived
Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies for vehicle safety and integrity

Qualifications:

ASE certifications are highly preferred
Manufacturer certifications are a plus
Proven experience as an automotive technician
Basic tools required (additional tools are a plus)
Excellent technical and mechanical skills
A strong team player with a keen eye for detail
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
