Join a leading global supply chain and logistics provider as a Process / Industrial Engineer
, where you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, optimizing operational performance, and supporting business growth across a complex distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies including Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing, PFEP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
- Conduct work studies and process analysis to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Develop and maintain labor planning and headcount analysis tools to support operational decision-making.
- Design and optimize facility layouts, material flow, and operational processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for capacity planning and process improvement activities.
- Partner with Operations, Facilities, IT, and Project teams to implement sustainable solutions.
- Conduct engineering studies and provide recommendations to support changing business requirements.
- Support capital equipment evaluations and engineering project implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
- Experience with in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven background in process redesign, continuous improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Experience supporting warehouse operations through engineering analysis and solutions design.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.
Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Visio, and project management software.
- Experience with WMS, TMS, OMS, and other supply chain technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma experience preferred.
