** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to post instructions.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, following site policies for credentials, visitor logs, and/or vehicle inspections.

+ Support loss prevention and operational continuity by documenting observations, communicating with site contacts, and completing required reports related to security-related incidents and/or policy violations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ X-Ray screening experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
