Security Officer Customer Care Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including warehouse floors, loading dock areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials and following post orders for access control and reporting unusual conditions;
Report operational disruptions, damaged property, and/or policy violations through proper channels in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures
