Contract Logistics Warehouse Associate
In the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether you’re leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers’ products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision.
Position requires working Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. Weekly compensation at a rate of $19.20 per hour.
Essential Duties And Functions- Comfortable with counting, sorting, and handling small to large parts.
- Ability to operate tools for the role such as RF scanner and high‑print printer.
- Picking priority orders such as Aircraft on Ground, Transfer of Asset, Panics and Current date orders.
- Ensure stored location inventory and outbound deliveries are accurate and free of damage.
- Effectively understand and mark delivery note tickets by pick type to support accurate shipments.
- Ability to palletize and shrink‑wrap.
- Comfortable with walking and standing up to 8 hours per day during processing hours.
- May be required to stack pallets and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Effectively work from pick tickets to pull product or supplies.
- Validate orders against delivery notes by validating part and option numbers.
- If applicable, process ‘bonded’ cargo according to existing guidelines.
- Deliver a high level of service to customers through accurate order picking.
- Assist in other departments on a business‑need basis.
- Minimum education:
high school, high school equivalent or technical degree. - Proven basic math skills at the high school level.
- Computer skills.
- SAP and MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
